great staff but lacking some basics

The evening staff member who checked us in was exceptional and very helpful. I appreciated the clean environment. the housekeeping team did a great job maintaining the room. The breakfast had a good variety, and the fresh pastries were a pleasant surprise. Additionally, the quiet A.C. unit allowed for uninterrupted sleep after busy days.

The morning front desk clerk seemed unfriendly.

The pool was out of service, but the WiFi was spotty, and the room had exposed wiring. I had a pleasant stay.

Great Stay Despite Renovation Challenges

Had a pleasant two-night stay with my family, even amidst renovations. The breakfast attendant was fantastic, ensuring everyone had what they needed.

during my stay, the room was spacious and fresh smelling, which really highlighted the effort they put into cleanliness. the breakfast was a hit with delicious options including freshly baked pastries, truly exceeding my past stays in tullahome at other hotels. i appreciated the accommodating front desk staff who were eager to help whenever needed.

The room had new appliances like a fridge and microwave which made things easier, especially when my kids were hungry after a long day. Plus, the A.C unit was quiet, allowing us to get some good sleep.
